BERGFELD’s arranges for your donations to charities and thrift shops, including pickups, inventories, written acknowledgment from charities, as well as IRS forms and publications. Wherever possible, we honor your preferences for charities.
Over the years, we have worked with a variety of charitable organizations including UJA Federation, Cancer Care, Sanctuary for Families, Housing Works (benefiting people with AIDS), Partnership for the Homeless – ‘Furnish a Future’ Campaign, New York City Opera, Materials for the Arts, The National Theater of the United States of America, Gift of Sight, Lighthouse International’s POSH Interiors: The House Sale, Little Sisters of the Assumption, Dress for Success, Women In Need, Inc., and programs of the Episcopal, Catholic, Russian and Orthodox Dioceses.
